    Zakupiłem subskrypcję Xbox Game Pass i zapomniałem jej anulować po miesiącu, ponieważ chciałem jej używać tylko przez miesiąc, a teraz nie potrafie jej anulować, ponieważ nie widzę takiej opcji na stronie. Jedyną opcją jest zapłać, a ja chce ją anulować.

    As our Xbox Ambassador has mentioned, you would need to pay a past due balance before you can cancel the subscription. This is because you did not cancel or turn off the auto renewal for the subscription before the subscription renewed and no payment was
    taken for the renewal, therefore suspending the subscription after more time went by without the subscription being paid for or canceled in time before renewal.

    We cannot provide you any more information over the forums since we do not assist with billing issues here due to the lack of tools, so I recommend contacting Xbox Customer support in your region for more assistance.

    Log into https://support.xbox.com/

    Scroll down, Click Contact Us

    • Step 1: Click choose a Category- Xbox One,
    • Step 2 : Ask Us a Question - See other options which will ask you to Pick a Topic
    • Step 3: Pick a Topic - I recommend Payment & Billing for best results & then Show Contact Options

      Click Request a Call from Support



    This will help schedule a call back from Customer Support.

    Tylko że ja nie chce za to płacić bo nie będe z tego korzystał, a po tym miesiącu który wykupiłem przestałem używać mojego xboxa.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are trying to renew your Xbox live subscription. Unfortunately, if a subscription is past due, you are unable to use the Microsoft/Xbox currency to pay it. You will need another valid form of payment like
    a credit/debit card paypal or mobile carrier. You can try and request a call from support to see if they are able to assist you.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
