select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

I am linking the Xbox Support site that gives detailed instructions on how to cancel and active subscription. Xbox subscription cancellation and refunds | Xbox Support. Once you get to the support site make sure that you are logged in to view all active subscriptions.





Once you get to the subscription page you will find the cancelation option at the bottom.
