    You trash the rental car, they keep yours. It's the same deal here. You don't send your faulty console to them they keep your money. If they didn't do it this way you would have every opportunist in the world pulling a fast one to get a free console. Anyway
    on topic, I'm glad you've decided on a course of action. I hope you get it back soon.

    I understand your frustrations, but the issues are chance. Admittedly the speedy repair option does want to hold $500 in case you do not send in the defective unit, but this isn't the only option they offer to replace the xbox one. Why X1 is experiencing
    this many power related issues is a bit strange, but does not make you getting a fluke item any worse than the 1 good item you got, because the exact same scenario could be easily swapped. These stupid companies just push out products instead of actually paying
    for quality control, which increases the probability of random issues. It "helps" them use the general public as a means of testing their units for issues they learn how to fix along the way.

    Hey Krystel thanks for staying in touch!

    Before the steps to reach the Troubleshoot screen are performed we suggest unplugging the console for about a full minute and then follow these steps:

    If you're unable to get to the dashboard at all to do the factory reset you need to access the Troubleshoot screen by using these steps :

    1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
    2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
      EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
      Xbox button on the console.
    5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
      BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
    From there you can reset your console.

    Now if that doesn't work we suggest
    Requesting a Callback
    from one of our Xbox Support Specialists so we can see what options are available for a possible repair since the console seems to need servicing!

    Hey Krystel thanks for the reply and we assure you it is no problem!

    So if the website is saying that we suggest trying a different internet browser since this could be region issue. Go to Xbox.com and sign in, once that is done on the top right corner (on the pc version) there is a search bar, type in Request a Callback
    and follow the link there to make sure there is no miscommunication region wise! Give it a shot and let us know how it goes, alternately try calling the France Support number.

    Xbox One Problems

    After watching a few guides I fixed most of my problems including my WiFi. Pages now load and the dashboard is much smoother. Besides the loose parts in which I hope to get repaired soon I only have one more issue. This is that whenever I start up a game
    a sync loading bar shows up and after a few minutes the message "We couldn't get your latest saved data" shows up. I've tried so many things but nothing works. Under that message it says try again (does same thing) or use offline. I've reset the console so
    many times and I don't know what else to do. Any answers???

    Hey Haydenn,

    Sounds like you have some corrupted data on your console. Trying doing a hard reset on the console

    1) Turn off console, unplug all the cords connected to the console, place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds, then plug everything in

    Then do the same for your controller

    2) Take out the batteries for your controller, hold down the power button on the controller for 30 seconds, put batteries back in, try out controller
