Problem xbox one x mechanical keyboard

Hello my old keyboard good work on xbox but my new Genesis Thor 300 mechanical keyboard don't turn on when i connect him to usb xbox , keyboard work on my laptop and no need install software what can i do? I have (Xbox one X)

I have a tick how i can turn on this keyboard look at this video [Mod Removed - Web Link]

I must connect 2 keyboard at this same time and on my old keyboard must click numlock and new keyboard turn on and good work.

How i can change this?

Mouse and Keyboard

When will mouse and keyboard support be available for the xbox one x? I cant afford a pc but would love to use mouse and keyboard for pubg and paladins on my xbox one x.

Is your console an original Xbox One with the touch sensor as a power button, or is that a Xbox One X or S model, with a mechanical power button?

Not all keyboards are compatible. That may be one that is not. You can try a hard reset EXACTLY like this to see if it helps. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from
the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. In relation to your keyboard, as Parity stated, it is possible that it isn't compatible at this time; however, it may become so in the future with the Xbox One console. You may wish to try connecting the keyboard
via a different USB on your console to see if it makes a difference or contact the manufacturer directly for support to find out if their keyboard has the capability to work with the Xbox console. You may also reference our support article entitled

Mouse and Keyboard Support on Xbox One.

Any keyboards that are USB and don't need any sort of exclusive driver on Windows 10/11 will work on the Xbox One/Series X|S consoles. You will need a PC if you want to customize some of the keyboard's features, some of them need a specific software to change some of it's functionality. like LED color, for example.

Yes, I am aware of that keyboard. It should work with the Series X!
