    Hello, i have a question reguarding one of my accounts on my xbox 1. At first the account belonged to my brother hence the reason the email linked to the account is called luke blyth as i am (stating the obvious). Not too long ago i tried to change the password to the email in order for me to regain access to the account however, it’s not working in the slightest. i would like to ask if there is any way you could help me out with the situation as there is £100s that has gone into in-game purchases on that account and i’m not too happy it’s not letting me log in to my account. Thanks!

    I found the option to log in with the Microsoft account but nothing happens when I try to log in (the developer's responsibility to fix this too) and the game allows you to buy content without entering any account other than the account that is logged in the Microsoft Store app which only serves as a means of payment.

    Even if you log in using your Microsoft or Facebook account, you are only using the log-in information from those accounts to log into the game, neither Microsoft nor Facebook is responsible for your progress within the game.

    Can you log into it with a different account on the current device?
    As documented above, I have no problem logging into xbox games account within the game. Its after selecting a puzzle that it crashes

    I logged into the game for the first time and in no time asked me to log into any account or link any account to the game account or anywhere.

    I saw that in the tab ''profile'' the game assigned me a name and in the loading bar, I see that there is mention of a Gameloft ID.

    I logged into other accounts in the Microsoft Store app and the Xbox app and nothing has changed regarding that ID and name to my profile. I reset the application to see if any tab to log in to any account appeared or if it would change the ID/profile within the game, nothing changed. And let's say I had logged in with the wrong account and wanted to unlink and log in to another account, who should also do that is the game's developer. Microsoft has nothing to do with the game problem.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I get the error when I’m trying to log into my Xbox Live Account in order to play games that I have downloaded.

    I went through the process which you outlined but unfortunately the problem remains. I tested the internet connection to the Xbox within settings which confirmed that the internet is connected.

    I’m thinking that maybe the problem is with my Xbox Live Account, but I can log into my microsoft account on other devices without a problem.

    Have you any further suggestions please?
