problem with youtube app when snapped

videos play great full screen but when i snap them the stutter and the audio is out of sync?

is this a known issue is it fixable?

kinda makes the snapping worthless.

this is clearly a sore loser, you cannot manipulate the internet connection with a snapped app, a snapped app will not affect the game in anyway, it could possibly slow there internet down a touch, but so could opening youtube on a pc or phone. and in that
case they would have the issue with online play not yourself.

YouTube video playback in snap mode on Xbox ONE needs to be fixed. When the feature was first added, it was really choppy,, and out of sync. The update after that (current) seemed to improve that a little. It's still choppy (though slightly less), and the
A/V sync is pretty much okay, considering the stil choppy video.

Other video apps seem to play just fine snapped, be it live TV, streaming apps, and even throwing HD video from my tablet to the xbox video app (via DLNA). So yeah, only the YouTube app seems to play videos choppy while snapped.

I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

 

Yeah it bugs me too. Other video apps play fine snapped, and only the YouTube app seems to have playback issues. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

Did this Issue ever get resolved? I just picked up my Xbox One and Youtube is doing the same thing to me...I'm aware of the recent Netflix issues with the recent update and that will be fixed, but if Youtube doesn't work it's kind of a deal breaker for
me because I use it for a lot of tutorial/walk-throughs etc. While I have a game up. I read about the feature and picked up Xbox One over PS4 because of it, but it's hard to see the video when it's so choppy...especial if you are needing to see a part of
the game in detail on the video.
