Problem with Xbox Séries X!!!

The new Xbox Series X|S Controller has been giving me two very aggravating issues recently: button oversensitivity in the console's menus, and an issue in the right joystick that's lead to a constant 'UP' input... This controller .

This controller has been replaced by Xbox assistance, since I received it it has not suffered any drops. Worked two weeks 100% ok, now that I've been playing the new call of duty for two weeks without problems, since 11/18/2022 I started having the problems described at the beginning of this text.

I didn't do any update to the console or to the command, if it happened it was automatic. There is no new fw available to do!!! How to solve this problem? I've seen several testimonies with this problem.

What console do you have?
Is this happening only with this game or if you try a different game the same happens?
Did you tried connecting the controller to a different device (like a console or PC) the same happens?

To confuse things, Gigabyte have three versions of the M27Q. The M27Q (Rev 1), an M27Q (Rev 2) and the newer M27P.

According to Rtings (A recommended go to for anything TV and Monitor related) they all support the Xbox Series X

It looks like this monitor does support 1440p 120Hz on Xbox, but I'd recommend contacting Gigabyte for more information as if there are any compatibility problems it will need to be looked into on their end.

Well, according to Rtings, all of those monitors work. #]

Also, the Newer M27Q P is listed in Rtings best budget monitors for the Series X https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/best/xbox-series-x

The more expensive M27U works for sure, it's the smaller version of the M32U which I have. I don't play Xbox on it anymore, it's mostly used for my PC (when I'm not playing on my LG C2 42" OLED).
