Problem with Xbox Series X controller left thumbstick.

I have a strange issue with left thumbstick. It has no impact in game as of now but causes discomfort in use. When I move left stick slowly upwards, there is a moment which feels like there is a "hole" on its "road". I don't know how to describe it differenly. There is a mechanical issue. Right stick works fine. And it happens only in that one place. I didn't notice any drift. I noticed it after 2 weeks of use. I have also old Xbox One S controller which after years of use doesn't have that issue. Do you think if this problem qualifys for repair/swap. As I said, there is no problem in games just it feels like analog stick has mechanical defect.

Yes I have, it is a controller which came with Series X console, purchased in December.

So I'm not 100 percent sure if it is or not, but the worst thing you can do is call and contact them about it. Do you have a warranty? Let me know bud I'm curious to see what happens with your issue.

My first elite controller broke in the first week, the left thumbstick internal snapped, hopefully the series 2 controller is good
