    Hola, buenas noches, me gustaría que alguien me apoye con un "pequeño problema" que tengo. Acabo de pedir una tarjeta a los gamars para renovar mi suscripción y darme el pase de xbox gratis, el punto es que ya lo hice, pero aún así no me den
    el mes, incluso me lo muestran: "prueba gratuita durante 14 días", los juegos de xbox pasan gratis "¡

    Not quite sure what the issues is but we are happy to help troubleshoot if you can provide a bit more detail.

    Are you having issues with Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold?

    Is the issue with using a trial code or a purchase?

    Do you have photos of any errors or messages you are seeing?

    Compress a letter of 150 credits for the Xbox store, at the beginning of (xbox-one) an offer appears that reads: Renew your Xbox Live membership and give you a free month of (xbox-game-pass), at that time I renewed, but unfortunately they did not give me the
    month of (xbox-game-pass), it seems that you have to buy again.
