    Problem with Xbox one recognizing hard disk drive


    Hello, I have been sent here by xbox support. I am having a problem with my Hard Disk Drive. It can not be recogized by my xbox one. I have tried every way told in the troubleshooting does any one have any ideas on how to fix this.

    I had this problem also. I had to hard reboot my xbox after installing data pack one for it to recognize that I owned the physical disk.

    reading trouble disk.

    not realy, most of my games are installed, but you cannot play the game before the Xbox recognizes the disk., wich is the actual problem, the Xbox doesn' read the disks, unless after opening and closing the disk drive 20x (and more)
