    "I'm on the xbox live rewards program, I have 7,000,000 reward credits and he says that when he gets to 5,000, the money automatically goes to the Microsoft account between the 15th and 30th days, and the month has gone by to drop the money and he has not

    Problem with Xbox live rewards

    Xbox live account achievements were reset in 2013 now when I checked rewards points just recently, I didn't have any, I haven't been earning any rewards points, please help thankyou very much

    Xbox Live Rewards     forum, specifically their support section, so they can look into the issue and work to resolve it for you.

    Hello Eduardors7,

    We see that you only have 7,000 Credits pending, not 7,000,000. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit.
    Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    If you are a member of the xbox live rewards program and are a gold member of xbox live, you can send them a link found on your rewards refer page that your friend can use to sign up for xbox live gold, for this you will both recieve a reward for refering
    stated on the rewards website. If this doesn't solve your problem, could you specify more about what your issue involves

    At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition
    to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards
    catalog.
