Problem with xbox live preview

Hello sorry if this is in the wrong section I was unsure where to put this... In October my chat headset and have not been able to get it resolved but today I was told to post because I would like to be removed from xbox live preview. I do not have access
to the private forums I was supposed to have so I am unable to manually leave. I was just wondering how I should go about getting removed from the preview list. Thank you very much to who ever takes the time to read this and I am very sorry again if this is
in the wrong section.

Xbox One Peview

Hi!

I've a problem with xbox one preview in my xbox one. I receive beta updates, but I am not registered to xbox Preview!

Please find a solution to my problem. My Gamertag: .

I'dont have permission acces on board of Xbox live preview.

I'm french, I phoned my xbox support, but they told me to write on this board.

Fans Can Now Opt into the Xbox Insider Program

Today we’re inviting new participants to join Preview Alpha, and removing some inactive Preview Alpha participants.

Those invited to join Preview Alpha will receive an Xbox Live message today with the invite and instructions on how to join. Users invited to join Preview Alpha today have been Xbox Insiders for at least six months and mettwo or more of the following criteria:
• Active on one or more consoles enrolled in the Xbox One Update Preview
• Submitted detailed Report-a-problem feedback in the last 90 days
• Made significant Xbox Insider XP gains in the last 90 days

We removed access to Preview Alpha from some Xbox Insiders who did not have a console currently enrolled in Preview Alpha or provided no feedback to the Xbox team over the past 90 days.

From time to time we will update Preview Alpha membership based on the above criteria.Click to expand...

No worries at all, to opt out of the program follow the below instructions This needs to be done from your console:

Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview programme:

1.Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

2.Select Registration.

3.Under Manage flights, select Change.

Note If you have more than one console in the programme, you can change their statuses by using Manage other consoles.

4.Under Manage programmes, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.

I'm having problem to play online, when i go to connect pops up that i need to renew my subscription, but my signature live gold just ends in january 2018. Contacting Xbox supporte, they found that this problem is due to that i am participating in the Xbox
preview and at the moment they have no solution to this problem. Advised me to cancel my subscription to the Xbox preview and restore the Xbox OS.

More like you recommend hiding the problem.

Just think of all the people who are going to leave the preview dashboard if you guys can eventually fix the problem.

A Xbox live status report would also be nice. Acknowledging there is preview dashboard update problem, so people who can not use their Xbox online have a little bit of knowledge that the problem is being looked into and saves people calling support.

Divalence

I have already received and invite for the preview, but I have not received a message to download the preview dashboard. It shows in my account that I just need to accept the preview invite (I was told this by xbox support when I called). The problem is
that I have not received the message to accept it. The forum for the Preview says No group found whenever I am linked to it. I just need to be sent the Xbox Live message to accept my preview invite. Any ideas can help.

The waiting queue is not the problem. I recieved the Xbox One Preview message from Xbox Live but it dissapeared so its not the waiting list if i needed to wait months i didnt recieved the message from Xbox Live so ..
