Problem with Xbox Live FREEdom rewards problem

Xbox Live Freedom rewards problem:

FREE Ride
The BEST way to get to know a game? By playing it, of course! Play 3 different Free to Play titles for at least 5 hours EACH to claim your Reward. PLEASE NOTE: You must first OPT-IN by clicking the link below.*

I have opted-in

I downloaded 3 free games

Played all 3 for well over 5 hours each

Game play hasn't registered, it shows no games played and thus no reward.

Can't see the missions but still earning points

So the FREEdom tab appeared on my xbox last week and it says for more information go to xbox live rewards the problem is the link says Xbox live rewards is now Microsoft rewards in Australia but there's nothing about the FREEdom or any other Xbox offer on
the microsoft rewards page, i assumed its just part of the transferring over process maybe? but my rewards points jumped up a fair bit straight after i saw that FREEdom offer seeing as i have all those games installed.

All i really want to know is what are the other missions/offers for May? i cant even see what the FREEdom one is actually about and does anyone have any info on this problem? would hate to be missing out on all these missions each month.

A "little" problem with Freedom Rewards.

I can't see any of the games that I played for 5+ hours.

The games are:

-Fallout S.

-W. of Tanks

-Roblox

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Since you only purchased from a third game yesterday, we have not received and processed that information yet, so 1, 2, FREE has not yet completed. However, FREEquent and FREE pass were already completed earlier this month and already deposited, as can be
seen from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, as well as your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), and has already been used in your Killer Instinct purchase.
