Problem with xbox gamepass on PC can't do anything

Hi! So i have a problem, for the past week my gamepass isnt working. I tried to install crusader kings 3 and at one moment i realized my download was stuck after 1%. I pressed the pause button and since it is stuck, i cannot resume the download, i cannot cancel it either. I've tried so many different thing now, related to gaming services, xbox app, cache. Still it doesn't work! I don't have any update for windows, or for the app, i've deleted and reinstalled multiple time, tried uninstall and reinstall from powershell, downloaded the app from the xbox website to try and install again, didn't work either. At this point I just have no clue of what to do anymore! It make no sense to still not be able to do anything! The screen get stuck on manage installs cheking for updates and the 3 dots are flashing but it doesn't do anything else. Oh and i forgot, by being like that i can't play any games either, i uninstalled them that's why there's nothing showing, but when i had games i tried to launch them and it simply didn't work!

I see, sorry about that. I am glad it worked after reinstalling your PC. You may also want to submit a report so this can be further investigated. Press the Start button , and then enter Feedback Hub in the search box. Open the Feedback Hub app, and then select Report a problem.

So in the end nothing worked! Being tired of trying over 20 differents thing i simply format my computer and reinstall everything. At that point it now work correctly but it make no sense to me that i need to wipe my PC and reinstall everything for this to work.... still thanks for the help

Kindly check if you have any pending updates using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo.... After that, type "services" in search

Find Background Intelligence Services. Click on it. Select Stop if running.

Find Windows Update. Click on it, select Stop if running.

Go to your C Drive,This PC- Open Software Distribution Folder

Find Downloads Folder in Software Distribution Folder- Select All and Delete Everything in Downloads folder. (This deletes the Windows Update Cache NOT Windows Updates Themselves.)

If you get a can't delete, put a check mark in the box, "Always do the Selected Action." Click OK

When Deleting is done, close out of everything

Restart your PC

Please also make sure all Xbox services are up and running, press press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", find "all Xbox Services", stop the service and then start them back again.

Have you checked if all Xbox services are running? If it still persists, I would suggest performing a clean boot: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t....

You can also Delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try installing your games again.
