    You can change your location by going to Initial Setup in the console menus.

    I am trying to use a xbox card to buy a game, I live in Mexico but when I want to redeem it, says that it doesn´t match it seems that I live in Europe but I am not. How can I change my location so can use cards form mexico

    Xbox Support     directly for assistance with that. Where did you get the card? You may be able to go back to the seller for assistance. You could try that first.
