Problem with Xbox Account (Child’s Xbox privacy)

I want to change my Xbox GamerTag

I don't have any child or adult account can someone check this problem?

Is this the same error being experienced on multiple devices, i.e. on the Xbox console or on a PC?

A suggestion for this would be to access the Privacy and Online Safety Settings on the console.

From here select Xbox Live Privacy and find Adult Defaults.
