    Problem with Xbov Live Gold


    I have a problem with my Xbox Live Gold subscription of € 6.99. The expiry date should have been today, 10/01/2018, and so it was. It's all day that I try to renew my subscription with the second credit card because the first used is without money. During
    the purchase, however, I get a message saying "purchases with your xbox live billing account have been blocked" and m by a status code "80182300". I can not renew the subscription. What can I do?

    Latest update on my support ticket... They still don't have an answer, but had one suggestion to try:

    I tried this and found that I didn't have IPv6 enabled anyway, so this didn't help me - but maybe this could help one of you. Please report back if it does.

    Problem with Live gold

    I'm having this exact same problem. I have a 12 month Gold XBox Live account that doesn't expire until May 2018. I spent quite awhile last night online with XBox support chat - they were really nice and professional but we didn't find a solution yet.
    They had me try rebooting, then try removing and adding back my profile, then resetting the box (keeping game data). I've also tried unplugging and plugging back in. Nothing has worked.

    The support folks emailed me back tonight to say the ticket has been escalated but they haven't heard back just yet. If they find a solution I'll report back here.

    Black screen upon starting games

    So far this work around has worked for me: 1. Make sure you are NOT logged into xbox live. 2. Load the game you want to play (on disc or from HD). 3. Ater the game is loaded then log into xbov live. After logged in I have had no problems playing these
    3 games: NBA 2K14 (from disc), COD Ghosts (from disc), and Warface (from HD). Haven't tried any apps yet, hope this helps.
