Problem with voices from teammates in singleplayer campaign

I just bought this game yesterday and i have begun the singleplayer campaign but the voices from my teammates are missing.

I can see the subtitles, but i do not hear what is being said.

Kinect Voice Commands

To speak to others, you need the headset mic... the Kinect is used only for the Singleplayer campaign. A complete list of Kinect voice commands are as follows:

I have exactly the same problem. I tried to reinstall the game, changing the langage, changing my speaker, changing my audio settings, nothing works. The dialogue are missing.
