    Problem with updating games


    Iam facing a new problem with my Xbox series x everything was fine until a new problem appeared 3 days ago .

    my xbox is stopping updating my games during sleep mode witch not happened to me before.

    I checked my download list after 10 hours i turned on my xbox but the download was 0 and evenmore I noticed that like the xbox was disconnected from my wifi.

    I tried everything on the internet from restart my router and xbox

    I used wire connections with my router and the same happened

    I checked for updates and the xbox was at the last version.

    Nothing work

    Any solutions

    We have a wireless connection. We tried it wired but it still didn't work. We looked at the connection statistics on the xbox in settings and it said:

    Download speed - .01 Mbps

    Upload speed - .23 Mbps

    Packet loss - 0 percent

    MTO - 1480

    Latency 247 ms

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    Does sound like the game installation has been going to slow and possibly cause a problem. Do as BobMcFly247 says, and try a direct connection with a cord.
