Problem with update message 0x80070570

we have turned Xbox on and it is starting an update and gets to 3% the comes up with an update error - 0x80070570.

Can't get out of the page to settings or anything. How can we fix this?

"1. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

2. Then unplug it for 30 seconds.

3. Then hold the Sync button (left side near the USB port on the original Xbox One and just below the power button on the S and X consoles) and the Eject button for the console then press the power button and hold until you hear a second start up noise.

4. If you are using the Xbox One All Digital console, then you only need to hold the Sync button and then press the power button to reset.

5. You should now see a new screen.

6. Scroll over to Restart/Reset and reset the console to factory settings.

7. There is an option to keep installed games and apps, so you won't need to redownload them."

The error code im getting is 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x90000005 .i have tryed an offline update with update file osi1 but still same problem

Thanks for your reply.

I do not use Insider - so that won't be the issue.

I have recently had to do a manual offline update 10 days ago because the console crashed. It gave me an E106 error code.

I think it may be an issue with the hard drive - but I cannot be sure.

I will try an offline update again to see if it sorts the problem.
