Problem with uodate

Looks like having same issue as others with a update not working, error code 0x8B10000B 0x000000000 0x00000204...got a call back from Microsoft but while waiting for a agent to answer the call got cut off as there
offices are now closed....fuming!!! I've tried hard reset, unplug, test connection settings etc but nothing works. Error code not recognised by Microsoft

Appreciate previous feed back from ambassadors, but sadly the issue isn't linked to the core services. From what I've found online it's a issue with some who are apart of the alpha n beta insider xbox program...any
one have a clue if this is being sorted?

Mines exactly the same i believe alot of people are having the same issue i domt think its your xbox

This error is a known issue, and it's being looked into.

As far as I can tell, this is all that is known at the moment. Some have suggested fixes, but those obviously are not working for everyone.

Having same issue as described here.... update support is NOT providing a solution. Hope you guys are on this on your end - seems to be affecting more users all day

I got a text saying it was fixed but here I am still unable to get on

Is this fixed yet or not I tried to click the notify thingy but it says all systems re normal. But when I turned my xbox on again it still says update error so Im really confused can you please help
