Problem with two Microsoft accounts (Minecraft in both accounts)

I apologize but that will not be possible. There is no option to merge two Microsoft accounts as well as transfer a game license from one account to another.

I have had both Minecraft accounts since before 2021, and they are linked to my Microsoft Account. I have never needed to migrate as they were both on a Microsoft Account. The problem is that I have not yet received my cape over a year later. Is there any way you can help?

We are experiencing a similar situation. We purchased two Minecraft Java Editions and migrated both accounts to Microsoft. A few weeks ago, the Java Edition disappeared from one account, while it remains on the other. We're receiving no support from Microsoft.

Yes, that's fine. I have two Minecraft accounts, and two Microsoft accounts to go with them. However, only one of the Microsoft accounts is showing that it has a Minecraft account (that being the latest account that I brought). The other one is not. The two accounts are also completely separate, and have nothing to do with each other. I definitely migrated Minecraft to the correct account, and as I said, it did work initially. I have also tried logging in with my original Mojang account, before I migrated, but that doesn't work either. I have checked all of these accounts.

Make sure that you are using the same account and also the same game. Minecraft has two version on Xbox:

- Minecraft

- Minecraft: Xbox One edition

If the game and account are the same in both places, make sure that the network connection is working at your friends house.
