    Problem with the xbox one fat audio


    I recently bought a pre owned xbox one fat. The console runs perfectly, my only issue is that i cant change the volume of my headsets. While using headsets I go to the pannel with 3 bars; the volume of headset, chat mixer and microphone. The thing is that
    I cant select anything, the pannel has a grey color just like if the configuration was blocked.
