problem with the xbox live subscription

hi all

When trying to pay for my subscription, this message appears ...

The option to pay for an existing subscription has been declined and is blocking this purchase. On Xbox, go to Settings. Or go to account.microsoft.com/services to solve this problem.

in the console he tells me that I can not do anything from it.

previously I had the payment in pay pal but now I change my payment with mastercard.

problem with xbox live subscription

I had a similar problem, this is a new account and I entered my card details to obtain the free month of xbox live that was offered. I received an email saying that the xbox live was applied and I went to use it and it simply wasnt there. I looked in my
subscriptions on xbox.com and there were none at all due to this being a new account. I am worried I am going to be billed next month for XBL even though i haven't got this month so I tried to remove my card from this account only to find it is needed for
a subscription on this account, a subsciption that ISNT IN MY SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous, if I get billed next month I will be furious

That is certainly weird, have you tried to visit your subscription history page here to see if it shows that you're currently on a Xbox LIVE Gold subscription plan? To do so, please visit this page
here.

If it doesn't show any sort of history of a gold membership being activated on your account then I would suggest that you
reach out to phone support directly to see what's going on with your account. There may be some sort of error or delay in activation of the code that
you redeemed.

Hi there,

Remeeming and or payment errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes or purchase items

After that try purchasing on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

Unfortunately, the console has appeared on Xbox.com and free member "silver" ... I tried to contact them by phone and told me that there are maintenance issues ... of course ...

I already did all the steps, it tells me that my subscription will end on 02/05/2017 (this is my exact expiration date), but the additional Xbox Live membership (which charged me the system on 04/22/2017) I do not know if It has been canceled.
