    Hi, after a service repair the Xbox comes with a 90 day warranty, if all else fails please hurry and request the Xbox be looked at again.

    What is my warranty after my console or Kinect is serviced?

    We provide a post-service warranty. The length of the warranty depends on whether the service was in warranty or out of warranty:

    •In-warranty service: If your Xbox console or Kinect sensor was serviced within the original warranty period (free repair), you receive either the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

    •Out-of-warranty service: If your Xbox console or Kinect sensor was serviced outside of the original warranty period (paid repair), your serviced product has a 90-day warranty.

    0x87e00064 error code with brand new games

    I just had the same problem with COD Ghosts. customer service was ready to warranty the unit when I took a shot and installed the "Blu-Ray" app, installed without a problem after that. hope this helps.

    Thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us! Rest assured this isn't a regular occurrence, and we suggest checking the

    Device page
    on the Microsoft account to verify the remainder of warranty! Also we would suggest

    Requesting a Callback
    from one of our Xbox Support Specialists to make sure the records for the warranty do match!! Give these steps a shot and keep us posted!

    Thanks for the quick response. So according to the first link, my Xbox has no warranty, but it is not possible because I bought it for the premiere on November 7, 2017, and also extended the warranty for 3 years in the local store. He shows up there twice
    with the same serial number. As for the second link, I reported the problem.

    Thanks for the reply bud, the
    manufacturer's warranty
    information is posted on our website usually a year long from the original purchase. If any extended warranty was purchased any claims would have to be through the store it was purchased,
    but like we previously stated the best thing to do at this point would be to get in contact with our Xbox Support Specialists.Thanks for keeping us posted!!

    I know I understand it all. With this extended warranty etc. But is there any other way of contacting a specialist than a telephone? When I give my number after dialing a good area code (I'm from Poland), I get the message that says:

    "Call me back

    The number you gave us doesn't exist. Try checking your info, or try another number."

    I don't know why. Any suggestions?

  9. How was your warranty shortened.

    You made the purchase November 7th, 2017

    One years manufacturers warranty would be till November 7th 2018

    So that would leave you with 1 month and 1 day left on your manufacturers warranty.

    With a repair done by MS they actually give you 90 days or the original manufacturers warranty whichever is greater.

    So in actuality you should be getting an extra 60 days on your manufacturers warranty.

    Now ANY extended warranty that was bought from a store would not show up on the devices website because MS does not handle those. That would be handled by the store.

    Xbox one x has a 2 year factory warranty. It broke down after a few months of use. When the console came back to me, the warranty has changed. The end date of the warranty has changed to a shorter one. Currently, the site show me out of warranty for my xbox
    one x console. I am sending a screen with the dates of the warranty before and after the repair (you probably will not understand the language, but the most important are the dates)

  11. The best thing to do at this point would be to use the link in XBF Nestor S post and contact xbox support they would be the ones to
    get that corrected for you.
