Problem with the update page

I'm having the same problem on my xbox the error code is 0x80070570

So how do we fix the problem? You obviously know about the problem and the very smart people that we talk to in whatever country we call when we try to call “customer service” don’t have a clue on anything. I’m surprise they can use the bathroom by themselves and not sitting in diapers. But so far your responses have NOT helped anyone

So you kind of know what the problem may be....yet do not offer a solution. Please let us know what to do. I have already gone through the PC version of the Xbox Insider app and unenrolled my XBox One from the program, yet I still keep getting this error

I stayed offline and went into the Xbox Insider app on the console, got an error that Xbox Identity Provider is not installed and to visit the store to install...and yet I'm offline, so I go to the store to download but cannot since as soon as i go online, the update tries to start and yes, it fails still.

I've already tried the factory reset of the console too.

I have not yet tried to do an offline update, do you think this may help the problem?

Yes, however I've tried to install the update with/without the external drives connected.

Finally, yes my xbox is enrolled in the insider programme could this explain the error code not being able to be found/reported on yet
