Problem with the shown of the DLCs on the Web Store of Xbox One

The problems exist in any Store of any Country if the game have 2 o more pages of DLCs, the first page it shows correctly but the next pages show an error...

For example, try this:

Click "Next Page" and you can see this Error:

Problem Claiming Xbox One Games with Gold on web store

When attempting to "purchase" the free Xbox One games from Xbox One Games | Xbox my friend gets this error message:

"Sorry Purchase of this content is currently not allowed for child and teen accounts."

Despite the following:

1. He has no problem getting free Xbox 360 games that are rated M.

2. The current free Xbox One games are rated T.

3. He had no problem claiming the June Xbox One Games with Gold on the web store which included Halo Spartan **** which is rated T.

4. He does not currently own an Xbox One.

Did Microsoft change the default settings of teen accounts for the Xbox One web store?

Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

 

Can't play a dlc I own on my other Xbox

I own Nuka World and Automatron Dlcs for Fallout 4 for the xbox one and I recently purchased an xbox one s and I transferred Fallout 4 and the two dlcs to the new xbox . everything is downloaded on the xbox one s but when I load up Fallout 4 only Nuka World
is shown as 'Installed' even though they're both on the xbox.

 

The problem persists today, and I think that is a serious error that it should be resolved as soon as possible, because currently you can't browse correctly in the web and purchase the DLC without having to search for them specifically by name...

I have seen that Dance Central has 7 pages of DLCs and you can only see correctly the pages 1 and 5, the rest are not visible, and that happens with all games and in all markets...

Hi All,

Not sure if this is the same problem.

I have a Xbox 360, but I am trying to look at "Assassin's Creed: Unity" DLC, but after I search for "Assassin's Creed", then click on "See All Xbox One Results", Nothing loads, but the Tab Name keeps changing between "store.xbox.com" and "Continue".

Please can you let me know if this is a known problem, and if so do we have a time scale of when it will be sorted out?
