    Problem with the queue


    My gta 5 game needed to update so it went to the queue to update, but it won't update it just says queued and no matter how much I press update now it refuses to update,I was looking to see if anyone had any clue how I could fix this? Also it's not just
    gta 5 I also tried to download speed runners and it also says queued.

    When I looked in my download queue Forza 5 was in the queue, I put in the disk and it completed. After that a hard reset fix the problem.

    Yes, that is the problem. He is not able to access the Download Queue page, while it should say "There are no downloads in your Queue," but it doesn't. At this point, you should get an employee to take a look at the account.

    Thanks for your note. I did notice that I hadn't enabled remote installations on my Xbox. However, that didn't appear to help, at least not right away (is there a delay before it takes effect?). I still got the message "We can't add this to your queue right
    now."

    I am able to install the game directly from the Xbox (i. e., not remotely).
