Problem with the queue

When I looked in my download queue Forza 5 was in the queue, I put in the disk and it completed. After that a hard reset fix the problem.

Yes, that is the problem. He is not able to access the Download Queue page, while it should say "There are no downloads in your Queue," but it doesn't. At this point, you should get an employee to take a look at the account.

Same issue here, I have tried different solutions found in a lot of forums, but it has not been solved yet.

Thanks for your note. I did notice that I hadn't enabled remote installations on my Xbox. However, that didn't appear to help, at least not right away (is there a delay before it takes effect?). I still got the message "We can't add this to your queue right
now."

I am able to install the game directly from the Xbox (i. e., not remotely).
