    I'm signed in, so I'm assuming I don't need to give my details. I have noticed over more than a few month's that my rewards are not getting credited correctly for my account. For example, I remember last year, there was an award for renewing x box live membership.
    That was never credited. Most recently the rewards in regards to free game nothing was credited. Reviewing my account. I think this problem has been at least a year more than likely years prior to this post. Can someone please look into this for me. Last
    reward deposit with the exception of surveys completed was 10/27/15. Reviewing past that point, I believe there are situations where points that should count as completed never were credited or even showed that I started on them.

    Problem with MyRewards

    I'm having an issue recieving my credits and im not sure whats wrong. I currently have to billing info on my microsoft account, one for GB which is the same as MyRewards. And another which is US. Is this what's causing the problem? if so im not sure how
    as i still have the GB billing info for MyRewards to use. Please explain.

    Support will check into your purchases but as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Thank you for your timely response and looking into this for myself. Looking at my history, some of those would be missing as well. There hasn't been a super long period since I joined when I didn't have gold. I can think of two periods where it might have
    been two to three months in the 6 years I was part of this program. I always meant to follow up with you guys. If you have access to my account payment history, it should help things I would imagine.

    It could also be the case, that I was always close to an award yet didn't make it there due, to reason x, y or z. Although looking at my lifetime rewards, it doesn't seem correct based when compared to my purchases amongst other things.

    Regarding your subscriptions, we see that your subscriptions were accurately Rewarded before and after your gap in service that began following your 3 month subscription in May 2012 and ended after your one month subscription in April 2013.

    Regarding your purchases, it looks like we missed your purchases in November that would have completed the FREE pass offer in that month, and the FREEquent player offer for that 3 month span. This was due to the initial version of the offer only awarding
    purchases made off the Microsoft store page for the game as a "top add-on". We have since worked with our partners for this offer to include most consumable purchases for these games, which is why those purchases are being accurately Rewarded in this iteration
    of the offer. We will adjust your past purchases for completion of those offers.

    For your purchases in the new FREEdom Rewards offer, you did not complete FREE pass in the past two months since your total spending was beneath 31.80 CAD. Since game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, the FREEdom Rewards offer is the only way to earn
    Credits for those purchases.

    You should see the Credits pending for November's FREE pass and the previous FREEquent player offer by the end of next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.
