    Problem with the Log-In to with my Microsoft/Xbox account


    I tried to log in to my Microsoft/Xbox account "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" but got this message, "An account with the specified user name could not be found. Try using a different name or creating a new Microsoft account, but the account exists, I get an Xbox subscription confirmed email too.

    I haven't logged in today because there is sign in problems with xbox live right now. But yes, I did log in with my Microsoft account.

    when we log onto teh xbox, it says "

    "Fix this on the web. There's a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com"

    and again, logged onto the microsoft account, and nothing

    Hi, Jesse. I can't remove that account as it is the primary user account on my PC. I have logged into a "Local Account" to try and fix the problem, but it has persisted. The Xbox Console Companion app is currently logged into the account that I purchased Minecraft on in 2019 so that is not the problem. I am also logged into the account that I purchased Minecraft with on the Microsoft store.
