    problem with the game bloodroots on the gamepass


    i have downlowded the game bloddroots from the gamepass this afternoon but it just show a loading screen, and then quit whitout any eroor. And when i try to launch it again, it show me an error and say to go in the microsoft store to have more informations.

    It says that the game have a problem and i must redownload it and when i do that ( in 10 seconds ) this does the same thing over and over again.

    Hello @ewsk97480!

    Corrupted files might cause this issue. Would you please try clearing some cache and data from your account by preforming a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. But please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know how it goes!

    Gamepass offline

    I’m still running into the same issue. Although I have noticed that some game pass games do run in offline mode. Mass Effect, Bloodroots and others. Forza H5 will not run when my home Xbox is set to offline mode.

    I buy a gamepass to try Sea of Thieves with friends, the gamepass is activated and he's working no problem with it.

    But when i go on Xbox store & Windows store and type "Sea of thieves" i can't find it (same for every gamepass game)
