    hallo ich habe ein problem error code 8c15009 dieser fehler ist nun das 2 mal in meinen profil , dieser lässt den mitgliedsstatuts nicht anzeigen wie bekommt man den entgültig weg

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Redownload your profile
