    Got West of Dead weeks ago, it never launched up. Yesterday I accidentally made it launch for a second, not sure why it worked. Today I attempted to delete it, so I can reinstall it, the app icon would go dark as if it's being deleted and then return to its normal state (resulting in not being deleted). Right-click properties did nothing, tried to delete the game from the windows app settings to no avail. Monkey brain told me to delete the "West of Dead" game folder from Xbox 'WpSystem'. This has resulted In me having a West of Dead shortcut on my Xbox beta thing that's not connected to anything, and I can't even reinstall it because 'I already have it'. Is there a way to verify the integrity of game files or manually remove the game from the Xbox list?

    P.S side question: if I reinstall my Xbox app, will it lose the path to the previous games I have installed needing me to manually delete and install them again?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Not at all, an Xbox Live subscription is not required to enable 2FA.

    You can try to enable it through the website. Here you go:

    1. Go to the ACCOUNT page. - https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal

    2. Click the PASSWORD & SECURITY tab.

    3. Under the 'TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION' header, click the 2FA option you want to enable:

    * THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATOR APP

    * SMS AUTHENTICATION

    * ENABLE EMAIL AUTHENTICATION

    4. After you select your authentication method, you should receive a code from Epic Games for email and SMS, and the App should generate a code for you

    5. Input the code and you should see a success message (example below is for email)

    6. Refresh your account page and confirm that the authentication method shows as being enabled by looking for the blue button that says 'On'

    After that perform a powercycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    I do not have the 2 application on my PC and never had, so i cannot delete them (xbox). I also checked earlier i cannot delete the microsft store and any command pertaining it are ineffective (as of now). Same for the launcher i never had it since it's a first download (nevertheless i tried to delete and download the exe from the website after connecting my windows account again). I very much appreciate the help.
