    Problem with the daily challenges and accessing the game


    there is a problem with the game today I cannot access Microsoft Mahjong and have an error message saying that I have to go on the link" http://.aka.ms/msmahjongfaq" and refer to the code "101_107_1" . I don't see where I can put this number and cannot unblock
    it. Thank you for your help. It seems that this problem is happening to quite a few people can you do something about it ?

    I appreciate it. I think it's obvious by now that this isn't a "user error" type of problem with an easy fix. The developers need to investigate and fix this problem which is preventing a lot of users from accessing Daily Challenges.

    P.S. Also I note that the Forum pages are now showing time and dates in Hindi in India - not in English !! A problem in USA?

    Yes, it happens with all my games. The consistent error message I get when trying to access Daily Challenges is:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000
