    I tried to make my XBox Controller update with my PC, but at 38%, the update froze.

    Since my controller is off.

    What can i do?

    hi

    Yeasterday while I was playing at a certain point I couldn't hear the game's audio I tried to close the rainbow six siege app and I noticed that I couldn't hear the home sounds too. I've tried to restart the console but nothing happened, I'm a bit confused
    because I've never throw the controller and my Xbox one s is new. I also noticed that when I put that jack of the headphones in the controller and I go in the in the settings I can't see the option audio to set the volume or the microphone

    Controller wont work after the controller update?

    Did you update the controller's firmware?

    March Update messed up my controller and astro A50 Headset.

    Controller updated along with my other controllers. Still have problem! Used all other controllers. The problem did not start until this march update. Everything was fine before.

    Can you please try using a few alternate USB cables as not all of them are fully wired some of them only wire the the terminals that covers charging.
