    Hi guys. Sorry for my english but i got a problem.

    I've paid an Xbox Live Gold for 12 month (with a code on a card) in may 2019 and I wanted to test the xbox game pass ultimate in june. I've stopped the game pass at the end of the month because i dont really appreciate the thing.

    When i'd stop the Game pass, Microsoft had stopped my xbox live gold too.. I've paid 60€ for 1 month and they give me back 1€ for the game pass...

    I want my xbox live gold back, what can i do ?

    Unfortunately you would have to purchase gold again if that is what you want. Before purchasing the promotion, you are warned that whatever gold or regular game pass you have on your account will be converted to Ultimate Game Pass and cannot be converted

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! As Ambassador Smwutches has stated you, if you want Xbox Live Gold you will need to repurchase it.
    However, if you need further support on the matter I would suggest for you to try to

    Contact Support    .

    Try this:

    • Log into Support.Xbox.com
    • Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
    • Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
    • Step 2 : Select your Product
    • Step 3 : Select your Issue
      • Select – Call me back

    I'll call Microsoft tomorrow in case of i can have my gold back (or my money) otherwise i stop with them and i go on the others platforms... It's not fair from them to do that. I've paid 12 months of gold, i'll don't pay again.
