problem with the advances in minecraft

I may be wrong, but it appears that the progress in the Xbox App for how much time you spend in Minecraft is not properly updating. Would this be correct? It also looks like, based on the profile picture in the Xbox App screenshot, that you might be posting
on another account other than the one that you have been playing Minecraft on. If this is the case, please post back on that account so we can have the most accurate data to help you with.

I was having a similar problem I seem to have fixed it by going into apps and clicking advance options on minecraft and clicking reset. I hope this helps I know minecraft is more like a way of life then just a game.

Yeah, all my other games work, Black Ops 3, Skyrim, Advanced Warfare, Assassin's Creed, etc. It's just Minecraft I'm having problems with.

Why should we have to pay for there screw up!

Hello there Miss Bijoux,

It is three months now that the issue with my Xbox One S 1TB first occurred. After contacting support many times the issue is still not resolved. How can a small problem like mine not be resolved in a timely manner? I'm getting extremely frustrated with
Microsoft. That is a multi billion dollar company not caring about their core customers. Very sad, but I have to say that I probably never purchase any hardware from Microsoft again. I have to insists that my case has to be elevated to a higher level with
management being involved.
