    Except I have a problem with my adapter, when I talk my friends do not feel me. I did a couple of tests and the headset microphone works, how can I fix it?

    Hey there artemgl91,

    Which headset are you using with the console and what brand is it? Have you tried to use another controller or headset to see if the problem still happens?

    If you run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console what do you see for NAT Type?

    Hi Mister Mascot, the headset I'm using on the console is branded Turtle Beach, I tried to use a high controller and the problem still persists, I did the detailed internet test and the NAT I see is Open Type
