Problem with suscription of gamepass

I have my subscription of gamepass suspended because I stopped paying for a month, when I want to have that subscription again and pay with my debit card does not show me the option to pay with this card, I only appear to change the payment method.

I do not know if the card is "banned" because when I try to buy the subscription in another account I get the error that my bank did not authorize the payment, but when buying other things there is no problem, so what is the problem here?

And when I try to consult the Microsoft page it tells me that there was an error and that I tried it later, but it has been trying for more than a week and I always get that error.

I can't cancel the xbox game pass

I just wanna cancel the fu.....g game pass suscription because I can't play on line, in my suscriptions appears: "You must pay the renovation" (when I download the game pass trial I choose the automatic renovation), but I don't need the gamepass anymore,
I just play online and I can't.

I need a solution for this problem, I DON'T WANT THE GAME PASS SUSCRIPTION AND I DON'T PAY FOR THAT TRIAL, what is wrong with you guys? this kind of problems should be and need to be resolve by the user in their owns xbox one console.

 

can't see anygame in the store

i describe you the problem:

I buy a gamepass to try Sea of Thieves with friends, the gamepass is activated and he's working no problem with it.

But when i go on Xbox store & Windows store and type "Sea of thieves" i can't find it (same for every gamepass game)
