Problem with Statistics

    Problem with Statistics


    Hi - can anyone help me with the Spider game which is not showing my "best time" on the Statistics. Instead it just shows zero. This doesn't happen with my other games. I've tried deleting cache files and reinstalling. What is the likely
    cause of this problem? Many thanks.

    We are aware of this issue and the dev team is currently working on a fix for it, which should be available with the next title update that comes out for the game.

    Problem with game statistics

    1. Windows 8 Vers. 6.3 (Build 9600)
    2. Acer Aspire Notebook
    3. all the time
    4. I noticed the problem with every game in the solitaire collection
    5. In the beginning the games played/games won statistcs are counted correctly up to 5/5. After winning the sixth game the statistics show 7 games played/ 6 games won and keeps counting wrong with the next played and won games.

    Sometimes it takes time to display the statistics, if reinstalling the game doesn't fix your problem, you can just wait for the statistics to update
