    Problem with start of PUBG game


    Hi,

    I have a problem with game PUBG on my Xbox X. When I click on play (Solo or other selection) the game is loading and after about some minutes is opened window with info "ERROR Connections timeout 1.1.1-", but the connection on internet is OK.

    Could you help me??

    At the PUBG game the problem with FPS drops is known. It was a bad optimization, and so developers had to work on updates that reduced the quality of textures.

    PUBG doesnt start

    Hi!

    Try clearing the cache from the console with the
    power cycle     system. If the problem persists, delete the account from the console and re-download it again.

    Your internet is fine, but the connection to Xbox Live might have a problem. I'd recommend running this troubleshooter, which will

    check your connections to Xbox Live    .

    It's also possible that it's an issue on the PUBG side, which I might also direct you to check out, and possibly submit a ticket to the
    PUBG Support page.

    I had this issue as well and found that closing the game entirely fixed it and allowed me to login.
