    Problem with "Simply Rewarding" offer


    Hi, I bought a product of "Simply Rewarding" list, that is Mass Effect Andromeda (62,99€).

    After buying it the points I haven't been accredited.

    What can I do now?

    With the £36 simply rewarding offer does it have to be £36+ on one item or can i spend £36 overall on more than one item. Basically does the £36 have to be from one item?

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The amount you need to spend would depend on the region your account is set for. If your Rewards account is set for the US, you would need to spend $60USD.
    If your account set for Canada, you would need to spend $64CAD. The program will not recognize purchases made outside of your region.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since your purchase was made only a few days ago, it is too soon to have that order processed for Rewarding.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a yearly maintenance that occurred on the servers we use over the last weekend which caused processing to be delayed by a day or so. The Credits are now pending in your account.

    Since your purchase of Mass Effect Andromeda was made last month, it was not made within the offer period, and was therefore not eligible for this offer. Only purchases made during the offer period of an offer are eligible for that particular offer. Since
    Simply Rewarding began in March, February purchases are not eligible.
