Problem with series 2 core control and recieved a more broken one.

2. Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
3. Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
4. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

If you're unable to contact them, try again at a later time.

I have no problem with the standard series X and X box one pads

but my Elite Series 2 has a lot of stick issues and the tension tighten tool

thing was not in the sealed box with the new core controller

despite it being on the box it should be include, my pad replaced

the broken Black one which came with everything but broke the

next day I am hoping the Elite Series 3 is better, it would be nice

if they did a version with advanced chat audio and EQ like

one of the Branded Licenced controllers do, but hey gone off topic a bit.

Xbox one and series x uses amd CISC CPUs with RISC instruction sets and that's the plain English explanation there are more details then that

GPU and cpu are based on rdna 2 and threadripper zen 2s on the series x

Where xbox one uses 3 amd jaguar cores

My series 1 has had several problems after some months of use: over all right stick and RB button. From what i know and what i observed, series 1 and 2 share the same problems and fragility

It is a shame that a premium quality controller is so easily broken

I purchased it from Amazon beginning of December 2019. It was a gift for christmas.

Amazon said it is out of there 30 day window to replace it.

I have to talk to Microsoft about a repair.

With the Covid-19 outbreak it seems I am stuck.
