Problem with running Forza Motorsport on xbox 360

I have a problem, maybe you are able to help or know the cause of the problem.

I bought the Forza Motorsport game in a box version (as a missing item from the Forz series) and I would like to run it on xbox360 (and this is a game on the X1th generation, which is among the list of games compatible on xbox360)

And after inserting the disc into the drive he sees me "forza motorsport" plate, but I can not start or install it and I get the message: "Game error: Game can not be started. Download it again"

Hi there, unfortunately, Forza Motorsport 7 is an XBox One title only and will not be released on the XBox 360.

If the game is made for the One it will only work on the One. 360 games can work on the One, but One games do not work on the 360. You would have to purchase the 360 version to play it on the 360.

 

Does your Xbox 360 console have an official Microsoft hard drive installed? If it does not (for example, you're using a USB hard drive, or a third-party internal drive), then back-compatibility won't be available to you.

If you have verified that you have an official hard drive, try this: Go to Settings -> System -> Storage -> Hard Drive -> Games & Apps and look for the game's files. They should have the name "Forza Motorsport". If you find that file and it has a warning icon
on it, you may want to delete the files and re-run the game. If there is no such entry, look instead for "Unknown Game" and delete it instead.
