Problem with Reward "Swing Through the Wild Kingdom"

When checking the progress for these challenges, it shows that I have completed two of the four.

It does not show that I have logged on for ten days (which I'm pretty sure I have, considering I log on every day). It also doesn't show that I have completed the Xbox app dashboard offer, but when I go to the app, I don't see it, because I have already
checked it off.

I have uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it, but to no avail. I've also tried going from my PC, and doing all that.

It has been almost a week, if I remember correctly. Just curious if there's more I can do.

Swing through Wild Kingdom

I had this problem as well, with 2 of the 4 not updating. I am not sure if MS has a planned fix, but something is most definitely not working right with it.

Swing through Wild Kingdom

I received an email from microsoft stating that you had to sign into the xbox live through a xbox not on a computer in order to complete the task and move on to moon gate. I didn't see anywhere on the rewards page that stated you had to sign in and out
through an xbox. That is what they told me as to why I couldn't complete the task and move on to moon gate.

Glad you were able to get a response. They did extend the time frame of the mission by 5 extra days if you still can try to complete it.
