    Locally saved offline files get deleted in any game mode

    All solution 1 to 5 for Xbox One Achievement and Challenge issues have been implemented but no change.

    Sword and Soul Story: Xinjiang

    I got all the results.
    The achievement condition of has been achieved, but the achievement is not canceled and the achievement can not be completed

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Make sure we understand, you were trying to cancel the process of getting achievements on the game Soul Calibur? Achievements are unlocked automatically, even. When you play offline, then connect online the
    achievements will update online. If you can give us a little more detail on what you trying to accomplish we can better assist you.
