    I need your help.

    I've preordered the disc version of Flight Simulator 2020 and after having installed it, I have noticed that I could not access the following 3 things: servers, avatar & market place.
    Now to the real problem. I want to re-install the game but somehow I can neither download it from the microsoft library, nor can I install it by putting in the discs ( 1 to 10).

    I proceeded as follows:

    1) I put in the disc
    2) I chooose the path
    3) Each disc takes about 30 minutes
    4) I put in the last disc
    5) I am asked to type in the product key
    6) It says: product key already used

    Eventually around 101 gb are installed. And when I open the game, I can see all the intro videos. Eventually the loading screen becomes completely black at about 50%.

    Am I doing something wrong here?

    Flight Simulator 2020 - T.Flight HOTAS One works with everything EXCEPT "Free Flight," which is why I purchased. Makes NO sense. Suggestions please.

    I too have exactly the same problem described - and it's driving me daft.

    It seems that it is not uncommon and that the issue is within FS 2020 rather than my Thrustmaster HOTAS One joystick.

    I have tried everything that I can think of to find a fix including re-installing FS and joystick drivers.

    Does anyone have a solution for this vexing problem please?

    Hopefully Microsoft will address this problem. It just does not work with FS 2020 well.

    Hello GaryNicholls2,

    You should not have to re-use your digital code, as it should be assigned to your Microsoft/Xbox account after redeeming it.

    Please check Microsoft Store app, in there you should see 3 dots in the top-right corner, and then click on My Library - there you should be able to find all the games and apps you own on your account.

    You can also download Xbox app, and check/download it from there.

    FS 2020 can not do anything in free flight

    I have exactly the same problem as you describe and it's driving me 'nuts'. A few of the joystick controls(Thrustmaster Hotas One) work in free-flight but mostly they do not. I have tried a different joystick but with the same result which suggests a glitch
    in the FS software. The rest of the application is working well. I have re-installed FS 2020 and the Thrustmaster drivers.

    Is anyone else experiencing this fault please?

    Otterosch, are you able to pinpoint anything done to fix the issue other than restarting the game?
