Problem with Punchcard reward points.

HI there! Got a problem with Punchcard rewards. I've pre-ordered COD Infinite Warfare, Watchdogs 2 and Resident Evil 7(within qualifing period). I should get 15000 points from Punchcard rewards 96 hours after the last game release, it's been 9 days now and
I still didn't get my reward points.

Missing reward points

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

Aprils Punchcard completion

Remember the Live Rewards program is managed by a different company, and not Microsoft.

+ I completed a Punchcard! How do I claim my Reward?

A. If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

All i can say is sit tight for and see what happens around the middle of the month.

We have found an issue automatically awarding punches for certain versions of Resident Evil 7 that we are currently in the process of resolving. When this fix has been deployed, and we can confirm that the issue has been resolved, we will update this thread.

Apologies for the delay. Our hotfix has been deployed, and I can confirm seeing you being properly Rewarded! You should see the Credits pending on your MyRewards page in the next 1-3 days.

I'm not sure if there is currently an offer to receive points for that purchase, but you would need to check the Microsoft Rewards app on the console. Usually if there is an offer to receive points for a specific game, it's part of a punchcard and you have to activate the punchcard before the purchase to get the points.
