    Problem with punch it up with digital preorders


    I pre-ordered Dishonored 2, Call of Duty and Watchdogs 2 to earn 15,000 reward credits. The problem is that Watchdogs 2 doesn't show up as I pre-ordered it. So it only shows 2 out of 3 games pre-ordered. Can someone please fix this?

    Also, I'm been stuck at 38% on my MyVIP star rank for a few months now, even after game purchases. Why is my star ranking not increasing with my purchases?

    I preordered a game on the list $infinite warfare$ but did not get any reward points. Why?

    If you preordered digitally it would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punch card. you would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive the credits

    From the Microsoft Store or digitally from Xbox? The 15,000 credits for preordered from microsoftstore.com ended on December 31. If you preordered them there, you would not receive credits. If you preordered them digitally they would count as punches on
    your games on demand punchcard and you would need 1 other eligible purchase in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    Pre-Ordered Gold Edition of Ghost Recon and didn't get my 15,000 credits!!

    There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count as a punch in your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the 15,000
    credits.

    I don't know I preorder Battlefront 2 for the same reason, and that is the ONLY punch that shows up on my punchcard. My punch for Wolfenstein 2 and Cod ww2 haven't shown up yet. BF2 was preordered for the early access beta. and Cod and W:The New Colossus
    were ordered last weekend. if may just be a punchcard glitch.
