    Problem with Promo code


    I ordered Sea of Thieves through Amazon and received a promo code for the Black Dog Pack. I redeemed it on my computer in the Microsoft Store, but can't find anything on my Xbox One. How do I get the Black Dog Pack to show up in the game?

    I'm applying the promo code. It takes $20 off at first, but after I enter all my info, it says there's an issue with the promo code.

    whatever problem you were having with the promo codes may have been resolved because like EloyOn, the promo codes worked perfect for me a month ago. Have fun gaming and I look forward to seeing you all dueling on 2014 coming soon!!!

    You should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.



    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.

    Hi there.

    To enter a promo code, you would go through the purchasing steps on the store - microsoftstore.com, put the specific item in your cart then there is an option for Enter a Promo Code right in the Cart below the cart items.

    The promo code would then show the addition/deduction of that the code was for.
